I follow the web, look at what's trending and try to decide what is real and what is not. Recently a company by the name of The Marton Group has been getting both good and bad press. Steve Marton is the President of the Marton Group and he also has received both good and bad words.
The Marton Group is a company that specializes in getting small companies contracts from the government and have been in business for 15 years. In general I have found that what they say they will do, they do. I believe that sometimes they may be a bit liberal in their timelines. I have worked with a couple of companies that hired them strictly to see what is true and what is not. Our contact was with Steve Marton and he took lots of time to discuss what he does and how he does it. For a man in his 60's he is very enthusiastic about what he does and does a very good job of answering all our questions. One of the companies I was working with decided to hire his company. She said that she never felt like he was ignoring her or lying to her and certainly got her a few orders.
One of the things they offer, which I understand is highly unusual, is a monthly agreement so you are not locked into a longterm contract. When he was asked why, his response was why spend money on me if you don't like what we do for you.
This certainly is not meant to be a one way report, but so far , I have found very little negative. I will continue our articles on them until I find everything out and those of you who follow me know I always find ever.
